If you are not completely satisfied with your LonghornPlanet.com (SportsWired) purchase or gift for any reason, please follow the directions on the Return Form located on the back of the invoice that came with your package. Shipping and Handling charges are not subject for refund. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. Some items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Merchandise must be in new condition, and apparel must have all tags attached and must not be worn. Items such as bathing suits, under garments and some custom manufacturer direct items cannot be returned.

Please follow these steps in making an exchange or return for items shipped to you from our stock:

  1. Simply enclose the completed return form and merchandise in the same box and packaging.
  2. Send the box back to us via FedEx Ground so we can track the merchandise. These shipping and handling charges are not subject to refund.

If the item you would like to return was shipped directly to you from the manufacturer, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING THE ITEM! Return conditions vary depending on the manufacturer, and some items are NOT eligible for return or exchange since they are made to order (This information is listed in the product description if applicable).

If you are requesting Merchandise Credit, a friendly representative will email you with a credit coupon, along with instructions in using it online.

If you are requesting a Refund, you will be issued a credit for the product amount. Please allow 10-14 business days for the refund.

If you need an exchange immediately, we recommend you reorder the exchange online and return the unwanted merchandise for a refund. Exchanges are subject to a $5.95 shipping charge.
